Not at all! PickleMall welcomes beginners and experienced players alike. Our courts are designed for casual play, so no prior experience is required. We also have complimentary coaching sessions, made possible by CapitaLand, JOOLA and RPO (Racket Professional Organization).

Court bookings are made through PickleMall’s ReClub platform https://reclub.co/clubs/@picklemall

You may either:

• Book a session online in advance, subject to availability (OPEN PLAY)

 or

• Redeem an eligible play session at the mall and book your slot (MALL EXPERIENCE)

Open Play and Mall Experience sessions are available across SengKang Grand Mall, Junction 8, Aperia Mall and Geneo. Please refer to details on the activation period for each mall.

Sengkang Grand Mall

Spend a minimum of $30 mall-wide ($60 for supermarket receipts) in a maximum of two same-day receipts to redeem 1x Pickleball Mall Experience Session, while slots last. Check Reclub @ PickleMall for availability.

Junction 8

Spend a minimum of $30 mall-wide ($60 for supermarket receipts) in a single same-day receipt to redeem one pickleball play session. Check Reclub @ PickleMall for availability.

Shoppers who spend at any of the participating brands below may redeem up to two play sessions, while slots last:

Eligible shoppers may redeem their play session via PickleMall’s ReClub platform https://reclub.co/clubs/@picklemall. Look out for Sessions stating “MALL EXPERIENCE” on the session title on ReClub. For example: (M1) PICKLEMALL BY LEAPMOTOR SENGKANG GRAND MALL - MALL EXPERIENCE. Follow the instructions stated by attaching the receipts under the specific Mall Experience Chat section.

Mall Experience is 1 hour. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session.

Coaching Experience is 1 hour. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session.

Open Play is generally 2 hours.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own paddles. Those without paddles can be assisted by our on-site staff with paddles on loan from JOOLA.

Pickleballs will be provided for play if needed, to be returned after the session.

Do come dressed in comfortable sports attire and appropriate non-marking sports shoes. You can wear your own protective gears such as knee support or protective glasses based on your preference.

Yes. Children are welcome to participate, although younger participants should be supervised by a parent or guardian. Sessions will have to be pre-booked. There are also activities in the booths that children can participate with along with their parents.

Absolutely. You're welcome to use your own paddle or borrow one provided at PickleMall.

Mall Experience Session — This is a complimentary session made possible with the support of CapitaLand. The mechanism is as follows: spend a minimum of $30 mall-wide (or $60 for supermarket receipts) across a maximum of two same-day receipts to redeem a PickleMall Mall Experience Session. Eligible receipts are subject to verification and the mall's redemption terms and conditions. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion and its terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Open Play Session — This is self-directed play for participants who have booked, paid and confirmed their slot, where players rotate through games with different partners and opponents in a relaxed, non-competitive setting.
